SHRYNE DIAMÁN NYC — SHIPPING POLICY

Each jewelry piece is prepared with care in New York City’s Diamond District.

PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow up to two weeks for your jewelry piece to be completed. Orders may be finished sooner. For custom and personalized pieces, the production window begins once payment and all required design details—including names, spelling, sizing, and additional requests—have been confirmed.

If your project requires additional production time, we will contact you with an updated estimate.

SHIPPING AFTER COMPLETION

Once your jewelry piece is finished, we will ship it via FedEx or UPS within 48 hours of completion. Carrier closures on weekends or holidays may move shipment to the next available business day.

The production window does not include shipping transit time. Arrival dates depend on the carrier, shipping service, and destination.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please verify your shipping address and contact information before completing your purchase. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately; changes may not be possible after shipment.

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier. Keep all packaging and photograph any visible damage.
